1. Warranty Coverage (Manufacturer’s Defects)
All products sold on our store are covered by a one (1) year warranty.
- If a product is non-functional straight out of the box due to a manufacturer’s defect, we will arrange for a repair or replacement at no additional cost.
- Defects must be reported within a reasonable time after delivery.
- All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by our technical team.
2. Return Window
- We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
- Return requests made after this period will not be accepted.
3. Returns Due to Dissatisfaction / Change of Mind
Customers may return a product if they are dissatisfied, provided that:
- The product is unused
- All seals remain intact and unopened
- The product is in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals
A restocking fee of KES 400 will apply to all eligible returns.
4. Exchanges
- We accept product exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and with all seals intact.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 15 days from the date the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method or an agreed alternative.
6. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
- Products with opened, broken, or tampered seals
- Products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration
- Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or accidental handling
